Meet The Team

Being a Team Leader has given me the opportunity to create and manage my own team, while also training brand new Field Staff. It’s super important to me that my team members always feel valued and heard.

I really value my role with Maid2Match as I enjoy being a helper and it gives me great satisfaction to be useful for my customers. I look forward to continually learning from others and improving my skills every day.

I’ve been with Maid2Match for over two years now. Being a Team Leader has been an exciting next step in my cleaning career. I get a lot of fulfilment from supporting my team with their own development.

I joined Maid2Match as a Trainee in June 2023 and have since been promoted to a Field Staff, Trainer, and now Assistant Team Leader. I’m grateful to get to create a career for myself here.

I’m extremely passionate about delivering high quality service to our customers. It’s very important to me to that I get to pass on my knowledge and skills to my team members.

When I joined Maid2Match, I never imagined I could excel the way that I have. It’s surreal to have progressed from being a Trainee to an Assistant Team Leader in less than a year! I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Maid2Match has given me career opportunities that I would never get elsewhere. I was promoted from being a Trainee to a Trainer, and not too long after became an Assistant Team Leader.

I previously owned my own cleaning business and recently joined Maid2Match as a Field Staff Team Leader. I’m excited to grow our team on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast!

I value the respect, mutual understanding and communication with our customers.  Nothing beats the pure joy that radiates from them once you’ve successfully completed the cleaning tasks they requested.
