Are cleaning supplies provided?
Yes, they are. We're a professional cleaning company – we think it only makes sense that we provide all the cleaning equipment and supplies!
How long does a bond clean take?
We provide an initial time and cost estimate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Vacate cleaning services are much more in-depth than regular house cleaning, therefore they are quite lengthy services. A 1 bedroom move out clean may take 7 hours of work, whereas a 5 bedroom may take 16 hours of work. We assign 2 or 3 professional cleaners to the job so the service is more efficient.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning services, we will return and resolve your concerns within 72 hours of completion. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can make things right.
