How do I book a bond cleaning?

You can easily organise your Brisbane end of lease clean with our online booking form. However, if you prefer to speak to our friendly team you can also book over the phone.

Does the electricity have to be on?
Yes, we require the electricity to be on in order to complete a successful move out clean. We need sufficient lighting in order to thoroughly clean, as well as power for our vacuum cleaners.
Does the water have to be on?

Yes, we need the water to be on for the service. Hot water is a key ingredient to deep cleaning! We use running water to clean the bathrooms, kitchen, and more.

Does the property have to be empty?

No, the rental property does not need to be empty for us to provide an end of lease cleaning service. However, please advise us if the apartment or house will be furnished so we can plan accordingly.

Do I have to be there for the service?

Nope, there's no need for you to be at the property for your booking. If you feel more comfortable letting us in and meeting our cleaners, that's great. However it's also fine if you leave us instructions for how to get inside, and we'll lock up when we're done.

Are cleaning supplies provided?

Yes, they are. We're a professional cleaning company – we think it only makes sense that we provide all the cleaning equipment and supplies!

How long does a bond clean take?

We provide an initial time and cost estimate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. End of lease cleaning services are much more in-depth than regular house cleaning, therefore they are quite lengthy services. A 1 bedroom move out clean may take 7 hours of work, whereas a 5 bedroom may take 16 hours of work. We assign 2 or 3 professional cleaners to the job so the service is more efficient.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning services, we will return and resolve your concerns within 72 hours of completion. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can make things right.
