How do I book an end of lease cleaning?
Organise your end of lease clean via our online booking form or give our friendly team a call on 03 4250 8046.
Does the electricity need to be on?
Yes, it does. We need electricity for our vacuums and for sufficient lighting to thoroughly clean.
Does the water need to be on?
Yes, our end of lease cleaning services require water. Deep cleaning needs hot water in many areas!
What if my rental property is furnished?
Your property can either be unfurnished (which is typically the case) or furnished. Either way, please let us know if the apartment or house will be furnished so we can plan accordingly.

Do I have to be there for the end of lease clean?
Nope, you don't need to be there during the service. If you want to meet our cleaning team when they first arrive, that's great. But it's also fine if you let us know how to get inside, and we'll lock up when we're done!
Do you provide cleaning equipment?
Yes, we provide all the professional cleaning supplies for all of our services!
How long will the service take?
The length of your bond cleaning service depends on the size and condition of the property. We provide an initial quote and time estimate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. There will always be at least 2 cleaners assigned to the job so the service is more efficient.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Reach out to us within 72 hours of your end of lease cleaning service with any feedback that needs to be addressed. We'll come fix up the details your property manager isn't happy with, free of charge.
